Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations (Customers)

When you book an appointment through Quickly Reserve, you enter into a service agreement with the individual business. Cancellation policies may vary by business, but the following platform-wide defaults apply:

To cancel a booking, go to My Account β†’ Activity and select the booking you wish to cancel. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Business Subscription Cancellations

Business subscriptions (Mini, Basic, Medium) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard β†’ Subscription page.

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
  • After cancellation, your business profile will be deactivated and removed from the browse page.
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

3. Deals & Coupon Purchases

Deals and promotional coupons purchased through the Quickly Reserve Deals Marketplace are subject to the following policy:

  • Deals are non-refundable once redeemed at the business.
  • Unredeemed deals may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the business has not yet provided the service.
  • If a business closes or becomes unavailable before you redeem your deal, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Expired deals are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please use one of the following methods:

Email Support

Contact us via our contact form with your booking reference and reason for refund.

Account Portal

Log in to your account and navigate to Activity to cancel eligible bookings directly.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and may delay resolution. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
